About the Speaker

Many clinicians are exhausted due to challenging, fast-paced, emotional workplaces. This exhaustion is not healthy for clinicians themselves, and is also damaging to organizations and clients. In a time where we are being asked to do more with less, join us to practice infusing Trauma Informed, Resilience Oriented, Equitable principles into our supervision work to not only re-energize us in our work, but to also increase our staff’s job satisfaction, engagement and clinical outcomes.
