This presentation will cover how leaders can be their best in all areas as to support their staff and still have strong outcomes. Mental Wellness and Self Care is needed more than ever. Leaders are expected to be present in the moment but also have to exercise good mental wellness and self care to support the pressures of the work environment.

MA / MFTs: Participants can self-submit courses not approved by the MAMFT board for review.
