Supervision and group work are heavily researched areas in the counseling profession, yet little is known specifically about the individual site supervision of group work. This presentation will provide participants with a review of best practices in supervision and group work, salient literature, and a recent research study to help inform their supervision. Additionally, participants will learn where to start when setting up supervision for group work at their prospective sites.
