This workshop will help clinicians understand the link between trauma, NSSI, addiction, and other psychiatric disorders and how they impact chronic suicidality treatment.
The educational goal of this course is to increase knowledge about chronic suicidality.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Identify 3 best practices and considerations when simultaneously treating chronic suicidality and other psychiatric disorders and/or maladaptive behaviors.
Name and explain 3 considerations for comorbid symptom management.
