This workshop is an engaging exploration of the treatment of addictions through a trauma framework. During this session, our panel of experts, Ms. Shara Turner, Dr. Joanne Barron, and Dr. Lynne Friedman-Gell will re-conceptualize the identification and treatment of process addictions as maladaptive coping mechanisms in the aftermath of trauma with an emphasis on empowerment, self-regulation and sustainable structural change in treatment.
There will be time for a panel discussion so please submit any questions you have before the workshop by email to Gabrielle Loomis-Annett, at [email protected].
