Ms. Turner has a unique perspective and skill set as she has spent the last nine years in public health working with individuals diagnosed with various substance use and mental health disorders, complex trauma, and extreme environmental and social inadequacies. The breadth and depth of her experience extend to crisis counseling, utilization management, and coordinator of a level I psychiatric facility.
