In this course, participants will learn the basics of play therapy and how it differs from playing in therapy while learning about the powers of play, seminal theories identified in play therapy, and how to become play therapists.

To increase understanding of play therapy.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- List at least three seminal theories within play therapy.
- Compare playing in therapy with play therapy.
- Identify at least three tools that they have or would like to have to include play in their practice.
