In this culminating session, participants will refine their social change strategies through collaboration and reflection. Participants will share their iterative approaches with peers, receive valuable feedback, and learn to identify transformational leadership practices. Together, we will identify markers of success within participants’ chosen challenge, equipping course participants to lead their team effectively and create lasting positive change.

The educational goal of this workshop is to empower social workers to strengthen their social change strategies through constructive feedback and collaboration while developing transformational leadership skills for navigating challenges and leading teams to success.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Assess and synthesize their iterative approaches to social problems.

Share and receive feedback from peers on their strategies.

Identify 2 or more transformational leadership practices for effective social change leadership.

Collaboratively identify markers of success for their chosen challenges.

Develop a plan to lead their teams and manage future iterations of their strategies.
TPN.health is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (Provider #1000101) to sponsor continuing education for LCSWs. TPN.health maintains responsibility for this program/course and its content. Course meets the qualifications for 2 hours of continuing education credit for LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
