The webinar will focus on the relationship between professional codes of ethics and their impact on mental health professionals’ licenses in Michigan. An interactive approach will be used to review and discuss case studies that demonstrate webinar objectives.

  • Explain the confidentiality requirements for alcohol and substance use disorder treatment records

Donna also provides conflict resolution services, including arbitration, mediation, and hearing officer services, specializing in provider/payer, insurance, reimbursement, contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and patient care disputes.
