  • Explain that violating professional codes of ethics may result in Michigan professional licensing actions

  • Identify an ethical decision-making process for resolving ethical dilemmas

Donna also provides conflict resolution services, including arbitration, mediation, and hearing officer services, specializing in provider/payer, insurance, reimbursement, contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and patient care disputes.
