Donna defends health care providers in professional licensure investigations and administrative actions. She conducts HIPAA Security practice audits, Affordable Care Act audits, and compliance matters for employers. She advises health care clients on regulatory, legislative, compliance, and patient care issues. Donna also provides conflict resolution services, including arbitration, mediation, and hearing officer services, specializing in provider/payer, insurance, reimbursement, contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and patient care disputes.
