This workshop examines the intrinsic needs of safety, security, and attachment. Participants will discuss how early traumas are triggered in the body and present as though re-occurring in the present moment. Those traumas may be broken relationships, church hurts, addictions, racial injustices, bias, or whatever the participant deems traumatic or significantly stressful to them. Finally, participants will be guided through an exercise in guided resourcing to create a space of love and grounding using the essential tool in the room; their body. Participants will also learn how to create an anchor to help the body objectively recall safety, security, and attachment to positivity or neutrality in the present.
