Understanding ADHD and Its Ties with the Family System This workshop will help participants gain a better understanding of systemic factors that impact ADHD. Participants will build knowledge on symptom presentation, of ADHD, within relationships and families. Participants will learn clinical interventions for working with children and pre-teens, ages 4-12.

1. Be able to identify systemic factors that can impact ADHD and related symptom presentation within relationships and families.
2. Be able to identify clinical interventions to work with children presenting with symptoms associated with ADHD.
3. Be able to identify clinical interventions to work with systems presenting with symptoms associated with ADHD.
This workshop meets the requirements and has been approved for 1.5 hours for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in Louisiana by the Louisiana Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
The Louisiana Counseling Association is approved by the Louisiana Licensed Professional Board of Examiners to offer continuing education clock hours. This presentation has been reviewed and has been approved for 1.5 CE clock hours for Louisiana Licensed Professional Counselors.
