This seminar will teach strategies to effectively and consistently teach social emotional and behavioral skills in a school or clinical setting. This will include how the concept of modeling, learning together and transferring skills to independent use (scaffolding) can be used.

Jessica Harper earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from L.S.U. in 2006 and a Fellowship in Infant Mental Health from Tulane University in 2009. She is also a certified ACE Educator and a Practitioner ofTBRI. She has served in multiple capacities in the areas of education and state government for the past 14 years working mostly with children and families who have experienced adversity.
