This workshop will present an introduction to interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and the development of the social brain. This workshop is part one of a two-part series with Dr. Lou Cozolino.

Participants will gain competence in the basics of interpersonal neurobiology.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe 2 key aspects of the association between attachment and brain development.
- Apply their knowledge of attachment and brain development to case conceptualizations and
treatment plans. - Demonstrate a knowledge of neuroscience and brain development as they apply to 3 aspects of mental health and well-being.
Course meets the qualifications for hours of continuing education credit for LPCCs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
