Learning Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Attendees will learn to recognize the inherent behavioral differences seen in non-domesticated versus domesticated equines.

  • Attendees will be better prepared to select appropriate equine partners, whether they be domesticated or non-domesticated animals.

  • Attendees will discuss and explore the value versus the concerns of bringing non-domesticated equines and animals into a social work practice.
