Most people in our culture do not feel entirely comfortable talking about sex, even therapists! Sex plays a role in most clients’ lives, so we must gain comfort in talking about sex and sexuality and how it impacts mental health. This workshop will explore what sex therapy is, commonly treated sexual issues, and how to broach the subject in treatment.
