This presentation will discuss findings from research on factors that impact stress in black men, factors that influence their mental health, and factors that influence them engaging within the healthcare system. Mental health is very stigmatized among black men and the conversation is important. This presentation will teach concrete skills to engage black men to improve their mental health.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Assess 4 elements that influence health among educated Black men
- Describe 3 ways to engage educated Black men to improve their overall health
- Demonstrate 3 ways to engage Black men around stress and mental health
