Many clinicians love the idea of solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), but struggle to move from cookie cutter interventions to true fluency. Learn how to embed the solution focused stance in your work and create deeper and more meaningful interventions. Whether you are completely new to the approach or have some experience and are looking to deepen your practice, this workshop has something for you.
- • Social Worker
- • Marriage & Family Therapist

Identify the 6 aspects of a solution focused stance.
-
List and describe each of the 3 stages of a solution focused session.
-
Identify and construct therapeutic goals that focus on outcome rather than process using client language.
-
Create and implement each of the 4 primary intervention types using dynamic solution focused questions that imbed client language.
