The legacy mindset of humans as resources has been turned on its head over the past several years. Human connections drive everything of value within our organizations. Yet, most organizations fail to prioritize these connections. Human Sustainability requires a distincting different approach to leadership, one that creates value for people as human beings, leaving them with greater health and well-being, stronger resilience, expanded capabilities, increased sense of belonging, and stronger connection to purpose. Organizations must focus on building mutually beneficial and thriving relationships and communities among their team members. Communities which have a positive, self-sustaining, restorative impact where improving human outcomes enhances organizational outcomes, creating a better future for all.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
-
Define regenerative leadership and sustainability.
-
Describe the essential leadership skills and behaviors necessary to create a regenerative culture.
-
Identify ways to apply regenerative and sustainable leadership within their organization to improve results for their organization and their team members.
-
Identify at least 1 immediate action they can commit to taking to improving sustainability leadership within their organization.
