Identify at least 2 practical strategies for fostering secure attachments between caregivers and children.

Define at least 2 ways that the practice of mindfulness can positively impact physiological, psychological, and relational health.

Describe at least 2 examples of the negative impact that developmental trauma has on different parts of the brain.
