Through different art materials and simple color and movement exercises, attendees will learn how art is effective emotional management and resilience-building tool. It’s such a simple art-making technique that almost anybody can do it. No previous art experience is necessary.
This workshop is for people who work in stressful or highly emotional environments and are looking to incorporate new self-care techniques that are time effective. It can also help people curious about art making but don’t know how to start their creative journey.
