Nicole Richardson

Nicole’s passion for providing mental health support began early in her life when she worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Loma Linda Behavioral Hospital. Nicole spent 7 years working with youth services before moving into the area of intensive level care at an all-age care facility. For the next 5 years, Nicole supported both inpatient and outpatient clients in their recovery. For the next few years, Nicole worked with a nonprofit program in the community serving victims of crime. This led to her taking on an assignment working with law enforcement helping Riverside County Probation develop a unit that would help victims of crime dealing with trauma to obtain supportive services. Nicole’s dedication and efforts gained her recognition from the Riverside County District Attorney. Nicole is a registered mental health facilitator with specialized training in military-specific care. In addition to Nicole having an extensive background in mental and behavioral health, she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.

Nicole progressed forward from there receiving a Master of Science in Professional Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University. This step ultimately led to licensure in this field. More impressive than her background, is her heart for people, desire to see their progress, and daily dedication to providing support that aids in their healing and growth. For Nicole, this is a passion and a true calling.
