This introductory workshop provides an essential overview of evaluation, remediation planning, and feedback techniques in clinical supervision. Designed for supervisors at the beginning of their journey, the session highlights the fundamental tools and processes needed to evaluate supervisee performance, implement remediation plans when necessary, and provide constructive feedback. Participants will gain practical knowledge on how to effectively document and monitor supervisee progress to ensure a structured and supportive supervisory experience.

The goal of this training is to equip supervisors with foundational skills in evaluation, remediation planning, and providing feedback to support supervisee growth and ensure effective clinical supervision.
