Educational Goal
The educational goal of this workshop is to increase knowledge of attachment theory in practice and to identify specific interventions for use with their client population.
Description
In this workshop, attendees will learn about the tenets of Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy (AFT) and how to implement these tenets with adult clients. Special attention will be given to working with those who have experienced attachment trauma or childhood trauma.

Presenters
Chandler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in South Carolina in both a private practice setting and a university counseling center. Chandler is a trauma-informed psychotherapist with special training in intimate partner violence (IPV), childhood trauma and attachment theory. Chandler currently serves the South Carolina Counseling Association (SCCA) as both Immediate-Past President and the Advocacy In Action Team Chair.
