Ester Nicholson will deliver an introduction to her signature training: “Compassionate Accountability.” This training illustrates how the 12 Steps of Recovery can address issues beyond addiction and dependence in the traditional sense. This training will present concepts and practices that healthcare professionals can immediately implement in their current efforts toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in the behavioral healthcare industry.

Ester Nicholson

Ester Nicholson is the Founder and CEO of Soul Recovery and the author of Soul Recovery – 12 Keys to Healing Dependence. She is a Soul Recovery and She Recovers coach and a woman in long-term recovery who brings her incredible journey of transformation to practical curriculums. Her Soul Recovery programs expand the traditional concept of 12 Step Recovery into spiritual practices that have served thousands worldwide.
