Cynthia has over a decade of experience in clinical operations within the field of primary mental health and co-occurring addictions. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation grounded in relationship building, team leadership, and the implementation of strategic growth initiatives. Her ability to foster a client-centered performance culture has been instrumental in her success. 

Cynthia holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from the University of Southern California, specializing in organizational change and leadership, which has been instrumental in her success in reorganizing and strategizing for improvements in behavioral health-related services. Her unique combination of skills, qualifications, and commitment to excellence positions her as a valuable asset in the realm of mental health and addiction treatment services.

Cynthia has a proven track record in establishing and nurturing partnerships with external referral sources to facilitate growth opportunities. She has achieved distinguished results in reducing employee turnover, enhancing employee engagement, and improving overall workforce performance. Notably, Cynthia has driven revenue growth within outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, including successfully establishing new psychiatric service lines across multiple states.

Recent accomplishments include the addition of 25 new mental health residential beds, positively impacting revenue for her current organization, The Raleigh House, located in Denver, Colorado. Cynthia’s ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments is evidenced by her willingness to relocate for senior-level operational roles, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her career and making a significant impact in the field of behavioral health services.
