Description

By revising the original 12 steps, recovering people may extend their recovery to maximize personal growth and happiness. The original steps set the stage and enable us to define who we are as sober individuals. The Sequel provides a recipe for learning who we may become and striving to meet personal goals.

Wendy E. Coughlin, PhD, LMHC, MCAP, MCAC

Wendy Coughlin is a person in long term recovery. After establishing her recovery in 1981, she has committed her professional practice to helping others optimize their recovery. Dr. Coughlin self-published 12 Steps: The Sequel, a book which translates how to use the steps to maximize recovery capital. Dr. Coughlin is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice for over 35 years. She is qualified as a Masters Certified Addiction Professional (Florida) and Masters Certified Addiction Counselor (NADAAC). She is a provider for the Professional Resource Network, the Intervention Project for Nurses, and the Suncoast Safety Council.
