This workshop will assess the main factors that can lead to teens to struggle during the teenage stage of development. Attendees will discover the majors shifts in brain development that powerfully impact the teen years. Attendees will be able to effectively employ strategies to help teens transition to adulthood with useful tools to thrive.

The educational goal of this workshop is to increase knowledge about the teenage brain and techniques that can be used to effectively support teenagers in their development.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify the 3 main challenges that negatively impact the teenage developmental stage.

Examine the 4 fundamental shifts in the brain processes of teens

Utilize 5 essential strategies for communicating with teens.
