Educational Goal
The educational goal of this workshop is to introduce the basics of clinical hypnosis to clinicians.
Description
This workshop provides an overview of clinical hypnosis, its utility to the work of mental health professionals, and information about when a practitioner may want to refer a client to another professional for hypnosis. This workshop will also include resources for further training in the use of clinical hypnosis.

Presenters
Dr. Cleary is a Florida-licensed psychologist and is Board certified in clinical psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. She is a staff psychologist in the student counseling center at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and maintains a psychotherapy private practice. She is certified in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and is the 2022-24 president of the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
