Sasha owns Positive Solution Services where she provides CEU to Social Workers, Counselors, and Nurses. She has been practicing Social Work since 2008 and is a member of NASW and Laplace Toastmasters International.

Sasha has experience working as both a supervisor and clinician with community-based mental health providers, inpatient/outpatient psychiatric facilities, a large managed care corporation, and local community programs, including a methadone clinic. Sasha’s true passion began while working in the mental health field as a Behavioral Health Clinical Advisor. She had a great opportunity to work directly with psych nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and fellow mental health associates on a multi-disciplinary team. She gained valuable clinical experience in this role where she diagnosed and provided education on treating mental, behavioral, and emotional issues.

Sasha had the opportunity to create Virtual CEU and other training for Humana associates and is also a Welcome Ambassador for all New Humana employees where she hosts orientations regularly. These experiences have shaped her profession over the past decade and she will continue to share her knowledge and skills.
