Description
Certemy is the automated application process for all applications to ADRA for statuses, credentialing, and recertification. The presentation will assist those applicants that need a little more explanation of how the processes work.

Lauren Lear, ADRA Executive Director
For the past 14 years, Lauren has worked for the ADRA in various positions, starting from the Administrative Assistant and advancing up to her current role as Executive Director. The Director oversees the work dictated by the law through the Board of Directors. For many of these years, Lauren was the staff to accept, review and process ADRA applications.
Renee Franklin, ADRA Assistant Executive Director
Renee has served the ADRA and has worked up to this position from originally being hired as the Administrative Director. She processes all applications and uses Certemy as the tool to automate the processes. Renee is staff to receive, review, process, and approve for testing all applications to the ADRA. She works daily with Certemy and can reflect how and why each piece of the application “fits”.
