The BZAI experiences unique barriers unlike those experienced with SUD and Mental Illness. Suicidal ideation can be worsened for some, as a result of taking Benzos. As a result of these unique issues, the supports provided must be unique to the benzo injured individual.gin

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Summarize the healing process for the BZAI.

List 3 societal and 3 systemic areas where stigma impacts the BZAI.

List 3 resources and pathways of healing for the BZAI.

Identify 2 risk factors and 2 protective factors unique to the BZAI.
