The educational goal of this presentation is for participants to understand better how to support clients/patients in regulating nervous system functioning in moments of stress or emotional distress.

Description

This workshop will discuss the neurology of symptoms related to managing stress, anxieties, and suicidal considerations. The presentation will cover how neuroscience and Self-Havening Protocols will support patients/clients and providers to regulate nervous system functioning during stress or emotional distress effectively. We will explore new opportunities for recovery with neuroscience-based interventions and teach techniques to empower patients/clients with tools to manage difficult emotions and behaviors and create new pathways for personal empowerment and resilience.
