Our team and our programs are focused on improving patient experience and population health while
reducing the cost of health care with innovation, technology and metrics. We aim to revolutionize
health care through data-driven transformation. As a 501(c)(3), we work with healthcare delivery
organizations to help them participate in and benefit from government-sponsored programs. Since our
division was formed in 2015, we’ve earned more than $120 million in grants from both the federal and
state governments to manage large-scale transformation and interoperability projects designed to help
healthcare providers move from fee-for-service models to value-based service and payment models. At
the core, we are an advisory services company that offers innovation, transformation and quality
improvement through a variety of consulting and technology solutions, some of which are provided
through our for-profit arm launched in 2018 called Healthcare Innovation Solutions.
